Communication is key!
Tonight the Worthington Scouts worked on their communication skills – and there wasn’t a mobile phone in sight! As they continued to work on their Communications badge, they looked at the Morse code and played a number of different communications games.
Games night
After a few weeks of working super hard with their games, the Walkden Scouts had a games evening where they could put their ideas into practice and have some fun! An incredible amount of preparation and thought had clearly gone into designing and making the games. We were impressed with the range of different ideasContinue reading “Games night”
Hammock Camp 2018

There’s always a new skill to learn….
There was complete Cub madness tonight as the Cubs tackled part of their Skills badge. They baked cake in a mug, learned how to make a cup of tea or coffee (you can thank us later parents!), set the table and iron their neckers. We wonder how many of these skills they will use whenContinue reading “There’s always a new skill to learn….”
