Worthington Scouts made a start on their Cyclist badge by looking at how to maintain a bike. Anthony came along to help with the session. The Scouts learned the essential skills of how to do a basic safety check, adjust their handlebars and saddles, how to repair a puncture and also how to remove a wheel. This will be excellent preparation for our long cycle ride in a few weeks to complete the requirements for our Cyclist badge.
