14th Sale Cubs proudly wear their new necker
On Wednesday night, there was much celebrating as new Cubs and old, took their Scout pledge and received their smart new navy and blue neckers. A party with dodgeball, hockey and tasty treats marked the celebration of 80 years of 14th Sale Scouting.
