Friday 13th was a lucky day for these Cubs as they got to go along to Dunham Scout Campsite for the weekend to take part in another camp: Water Camp 2018.
It was a glorious evening, perfect for pitching a tent. As always, it was a weekend packed with activities: a stroll round Dunham Park, looking at the waterwheel, cooking, pizza making, den building, a hike, canoeing, making rafts from breadsticks, and of course singing around the campfire.
Despite it being called a ‘watercamp’ the Cubs were lucky and the rain stayed away all weekend! Another weekend to remember!
