On Saturday 24th March, 2018, past leaders and new; Beavers, Cubs and Scouts; all dropped into the Scout Hut to celebrate 14th Sale’s 80th Birthday! There were past documents from days of old, showing how much and how little Scouting had changed. There was a fab buffet for all. And of course, it wouldn’t be a party without cake – and we had two! The kids all had a great time, taking advantage of the spectacular Walkden Gardens next door, allowing the parents some quiet time to chat about all things Scouting. Thank you to those who helped to organise the party, and thank you to everyone who came along to make it such a special celebration.
